(International Stock Exchange of the UK and Republic of Ireland Ltd (ISE)),
(1) разрешение банкам, страховым компаниям и зарубежным фирмам, занимающимся торговлей ценными бумагами, становиться членами биржи и приобретать существующие фирмы-члены;
(2) отмену шкалы/вилки комиссионных сборов и разрешение устанавливать комиссионные в ходе переговоров;
(3) запрещение деления членов биржи на джобберов и брокеров, разрешение фирме-члену работать непосредственно с публикой, покупать и продавать акции от своего имени и выступать в качестве “делателей рынка” (Market-makers), постоянно котирующих цены продавца и покупателя и вступающих в сделки по одному или нескольким инструментам);
(Association of Futures Brokers and Dealers Ltd), в результате чего появилась Администрация по операциям с ценными бумагами и фьючерсами (Securities and Futures Authority (SFA)), которая теперь является саморегулирующей организацией, отвечающей перед Фондовой биржей. (London International Financial Futures and Options Exchange).
